My name is Eric, and I'm a patient of Dr. Krendl. The first time I met Dr. Krendl was during a regular scheduled appointment with Colorado Dental Arts before he had acquired the practice. So, I met him through Stella, my dental hygienist, and Dr. Frowning. Meeting a new doctor and what is this guy going to be like, it was a little bit anxiety-inducing. But again, that initial impression, he definitely put me at ease and I was comfortable to work with him.
I think the biggest benefit to being a patient at Colorado Dental Arts is the comfort when something came up to pick up the phone, call the office, schedule an appointment, and get in, and get it taken cared of. I think that that's the biggest thing is the trust I have with Dr. Krendl, I knew that I have a problem, and I knew that if I didn't get it taken cared of, it would just grow and grow. That would probably be the biggest thing for me. I have the comfort to come in when I need to come in and not put off care.
What impressed me most about Colorado Dental Arts, the building, the staff, is how welcoming and inviting they are. Everyone, from the front desk to the hygienist to the assistants, everyone is so warm and welcoming. When you walk in, it doesn't feel like a sterile environment. It feels very much like, "Hey, it's great to see you, Eric." They greet me by my first name. There's something to that. There's a little bit of that stick factor. It's like, "Yes, this is my dentist. This is where I belong. These are my people." And at Colorado Dental Arts, I feel like you definitely feel like you're their people.
If I had anything to say to the doctor and his team, it would be, "Thank you." I would recommend Dr. Krendl and Colorado Dental Arts literally to any one. Anyone who tells me they're apprehensive, you're apprehensive, come and see him.
