Dr. Krendl: Hi. My name is Dr. Steven Krendl. I'm a general dentist here in Colorado in Littleton. I've been a dentist for 17 years, the last 2 of which have been here at Colorado Dental Arts. So I think our office is different than a lot of offices in that patients aren't just a number. We set aside plenty of time to be able to talk to the patients and not just get them in and out like a factory. That's what's going to make a difference for the patient and I think it's noticeable to them, and it means a lot. Julie: It seems like everyone really knows each other very well and they're not just showing up for a job. They actually are able to interact very efficiently and they get back to me very quickly, and they make it easy. Lee: The thing I like the most about this office, Dr. Krendl's office is the staff and how polite they are. If I see them on the street, they know who I am. They always ask about how we are, our family, and that means a lot. They're part of our family. Dr. Krendl: So when it comes to patient experience, as, you know, we all know, customer service is huge. So a mantra that we really try to live by and try not to forget is best in class dentistry every patient, every visit, you know. We do this all day. It's easy for something like that to become mundane, but we really try to make sure that every patient, every visit is special, and we are attending to all of their needs, and making them comfortable each visit. Eric: I think the biggest benefit to being a patient at Colorado Dental Arts is the comfort when something came up to pick up the phone, call the office, schedule an appointment, and get in, and get it taken care of. The comfort level I have with Colorado Dental Arts, all the professionals, but especially, Dr. Krendl, I have the comfort to come in when I need to come in and not put off care. Ben: I would have to say that I'm really impressed by the look of the dental office. It just feels very modern and you feel like you're getting the, you know, the most up to date care with the best technology. And I'd say going to other dental offices, it hasn't always felt that way. I would just like to thank Dr. Krendl for taking such good care of me and my family. And I'll definitely recommend him to other people that I know need the best dental care that they can find.
