Dentist

Hi, my name's Dr. Steve Krendl. I'm a general dentist here in Colorado, in Littleton, here at Colorado Dental Arts. So I decided to become a dentist because frankly, it simply brought together all the things I was interested in. I was interested in the sciences, interested in helping people, and interested in business. And all those things combined brought me to the dental field. I think one of the more gratifying things in dentistry is to see when a patient goes from being apprehensive to smile because maybe their teeth are stained, maybe they have crowded teeth. Whatever the reason is, getting someone from start to finish, get them to the end when you can hand them that mirror, have them look and be just completely satisfied. But also, you can see the improvement in just their self-esteem. One of my favorite parts of meeting the patient is actually hearing their back story. I love to hear where people came from, where they're going, what their goals are, how their family's growing. It's a really neat way to get to be a friend as well as someone that helps someone with their healthcare for many years.
